1. You don't have to have a website in order to be a part of the fanlisting. But if you do have one, please make sure you add a link back to the fanlisting!
2. Please fill out the form completely.
3. You must use a vaild email address & country.
4. When filling out the form, *please* use a suitable name/nickname.
